Yin/Yang Flow is a powerful tool in your active recovery day arsenal. Beginning with some dynamic movement and then moving into longer held postures can help open up tight areas. Yin sessions start a little slower to ease into movement and build a bit of heat to energize you. Yang is a more fiery practice that can help calm your mind and slow you down for a restful evening.
