SHIPPING

Domestic (US) shipping normally takes 7-10 business days to deliver. International shipping can take 3-4 weeks to deliver.
Limited-edition items are always on preorder, so it can take up to 2-3 weeks before they start shipping.

CUSTOMS FEES

Products shipped to locations outside of the US may be charged a fee when received by customs.
While the MPC membership gift packs is a free gift and should not be charged a fee, some countries may still levy a fee. If your gift pack is charged a customs fee, please reach out to us to request a commercial invoice.
Any item purchased in our merchandise shop is eligible for customs fees.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for the free gift pack. However, please inquire about options for purchasing a replacement.
If you’d like to return or exchange any merchandise from our store, we will refund you the full amount paid minus any taxes and shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns or exchanges on limited-edition items.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to return, exchange, or fix a damaged order.
