Ingredients

1 (18-ounce) pork tenderloin

Adobo Rub

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons paprika

1½ tablespoons oregano

1½ teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons black pepper

1½ teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients and stir into a paste.
  2. Rub pork tenderloin with adobo rub, then wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
