Ingredients
1 cup (194 grams) black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup (40 grams) dry oats
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 ounce (28 grams) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
dash salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine beans, oats, onions, cheese and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and mash with fork or potato masher until combined.
- Form into two patties.
