Endurance isn’t just about going longer—it’s about moving with purpose, staying strong under fatigue, and being ready for whatever life throws your way. Build Your Peaker Engine is the third phase of our series, crafted to help you develop stamina, resilience, and the mental toughness to keep showing up, rep after rep. This program shifts the focus to sustaining your power over time, so your strength doesn’t fade when the effort gets tough.

Each week consists of three workouts (full body, upper body, and lower body) designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

The program is bookended by two fitness tests to be completed before the challenge begins and after Week 8 is completed. More info about the fitness tests can be found on pages 7 and 8 of the program booklet.
