MPC Flow is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. The Flow series offers yoga classes that help you move with greater ease, awareness, and balance—both in your workouts and in everyday life. At its core, Flow is where movement meets mindfulness, supporting strength, flexibility, focus, and recovery.
Flow programs are divided into two main pathways: Beginner Flow and Experienced Flow. Both emphasize safety, strength, and mindfulness, with progressive classes that build on one another to support your personal goals. You can follow a structured path or choose sessions based on how you feel—each class can stand alone or complement your other MPC workouts as part of a warmup, recovery, or active rest day.
You’ll find a range of styles along the way, from gentle, grounding sessions to more dynamic flows that challenge your strength and stamina. Some days, that might look like slowing down and focusing on breath and mobility. Other days, it might mean building heat and exploring something more challenging. Both have value, and both are part of the process.
