Every September, the My Peak Challenge community comes together with a shared purpose: to move our bodies and make a difference.
For some people, that means heading out for a long walk before breakfast. Others spend time in the gym, roll out a yoga mat, swim laps, ride their bike, or dance around the kitchen while making dinner. However you choose to move, you’re part of something much bigger than a workout.
This year, we’re celebrating that idea through Move for More, a challenge built on the belief that every kind of movement matters. It’s not about hitting a certain pace, following a specific training plan, or comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s about choosing to move in a way that works for your body while helping support the life-changing work of Blood Cancer UK.
For more than a decade, My Peak Challenge has been built on the idea that personal progress can create collective impact. Blood Cancer UK was our very first charity partner, and after more than 10 years of working together, this community has helped raise millions of dollars to support research, patient services, and advocacy for people affected by blood cancer. That partnership continues to remind us that when thousands of people each do a little, we can accomplish something extraordinary together.
Why Blood Cancer UK?
Every year, thousands of families receive a blood cancer diagnosis that changes the course of their lives. Blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, affect the blood, bone marrow, or lymphatic system and can impact people of every age. In the UK, someone is diagnosed with blood cancer approximately every 14 minutes.
Alongside funding groundbreaking research, Blood Cancer UK provides trusted information for people living with blood cancer and their loved ones, campaigns for better treatments and care, and helps ensure that no one has to navigate a diagnosis alone. Their work supports people from the moment they hear the words, “You have blood cancer,” through treatment, recovery, and beyond.
When you take part in Move for More, you’re helping make that work possible.
Why Your Movement Matters
It’s easy to underestimate what one walk, one workout, or one bike ride can accomplish. On its own, it may not seem like much. But My Peak Challenge has never been about what one person can do alone. It’s about what happens when thousands of people choose to move with purpose.
Every participant in Move for More becomes part of something bigger than their own fitness journey. Together, we’re helping fund research into better treatments, providing trusted support for people living with blood cancer, and giving families access to information and resources when they need them most.
Every move adds to something bigger. Every workout becomes part of a shared effort to create hope for people facing one of life’s most difficult challenges.
That’s the power of this community. We move for our own health, but we also move for people we’ve never met—and whose lives may be changed because we chose to keep showing up.

Join Us This September
One of the things that makes the My Peak Challenge community so special is that no two journeys look exactly alike. Some members are training for races or climbing mountains. Others are rebuilding strength after illness or injury. Some are just getting started, while others have been moving with us for years.
That’s exactly what Move for More celebrates.
This September, all we’re asking is that you commit to 23 minutes of movement each day. How you spend those 23 minutes is entirely up to you. Walk your neighborhood, lift weights, swim laps, practice yoga, ride your bike, take the stairs, or dance while dinner cooks. However movement fits into your life, it counts.
Because this challenge has never been about moving the same way. It’s about moving with purpose — and discovering what can happen when thousands of people choose to move together.
If you’re ready to be part of this year’s challenge, preorder your limited-edition challenge shirt, and join thousands of Peakers around the world as we spend September moving for something bigger than ourselves.
Every move counts. Let’s Move for More.
