My Peak Challenge is more than fitness and workouts. It’s a community of like-minded women (and men) who want to reach their goals both in and out of the gym. We tackle life’s ups and downs together, surrounded by a circle of supportive sisters who understand what it means to strive for better health and happiness.
Our bond extends far beyond burpees and squats. We’ve created a powerful network where we cheer each other on, offer a shoulder to lean on, and celebrate every victory, big or small. This sense of belonging fuels our resilience, giving us the strength to push past challenges and embrace our fullest potential. It’s more than just fitness; it’s a transformative experience of women supporting women, and it’s changing lives every day.

Case in point: we came across Erica Love’s Facebook post asking members to finish the statement, “Without My Peak Challenge, I would never have…” So far, there are more than 400 responses to the post, and your answers are humbling, amazing and inspiring. They reflect everything we hoped to accomplish when we established this community. Here’s a random selection of comments we have read:
- Anna said, “I discovered my love for hiking,” and that hobby has taken her to countless beautiful places as a result.
- Beth said that she’s grateful because “Peakers helped me through the darkest time of my life.” Because of this community, she survived her father’s death.
- Robyn realized she had the strength to change her occupation at the age of 58. At the age of 65 she got her master’s degree.
- Dorothy feels a sense of community from Peakers around the world, and has made so many new and lasting friendships.
- Jessica competed in a triathlon, got back into ballet, and met amazing Peakers along the way.
- Tammy said she got through breast cancer with the support of her fellow Peakers.
- Sari said MPC saved her life during a very sad year. She used the mental and physical tools MPC offers to challenge herself to heal and grow.
- Lindsay shared that she walked the full West Highland Way in 2022 and partially in 2024. She also attended the 2024 MPC Gala, where she met (and thanked) “our inspiring coaches.” She continues, “I became a part of a caring and supportive Peaker community that spans the globe while learning about our charity partners and the important work they do. MPC has energized my life in so many ways.”
- Kelly said she “found determination and her true self. I found strength within when all hope seemed lost,” she continues. “I left a toxic life and am living a single, happy life!”
Friendship, being pushed out of your comfort zones, and community are recurring themes in your comments. Many of you have discovered or returned to hobbies that feed your soul, have realized how strong and capable your bodies and minds are, and can accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Thank you, dear Peakers, for being such an enthusiastic, supportive community. We celebrate you and encourage you to keep showing up for yourselves and each other and sharing your stories with us.
With admiration, solidarity, and gratitude,
xo
