Peaker Journey: From Low Point to “Life of Yes”

Name: Dr. Stacie Betancourt
Location: Victorville, CA

When Stacie found MPC, she was at a low point and craving two things: a way back to movement and a community to belong to. “Thanks to MPC, I’m now living a life of yes,” she says. “MPC helped me find my courage again—reminding me I was worth trying for—and gave me the motivation to take a chance on myself.”

The mix of coach-led workouts (that feel like personal coaching—even on replay) plus steady support from fellow Peakers turned fitness into confidence—and healthy boundaries into everyday practice.

Today, she stands up for herself, shares wins and hard days with a global circle, and does things she once thought impossible. Active in So Cal, Run, Acts of Kindness, and Tattooed Peakers, Stacie’s message is simple: “You’re not ‘just’ joining a fitness program—you’re joining friends around the globe who are ready to cheer you on, give advice, and provide comfort to Peakers in need.”

“I honestly believe I wouldn’t be doing what I am—or be where I am—without MPC,” she adds.
