Peakers, welcome to Walking Meditations.

Contrary to what you might assume, practicing mindfulness does not require sitting in stillness. We can plug into the present moment anytime and anywhere, including when we are moving.

So here’s an alternative to the Stillness sessions, for days or moments when you’d prefer to put on your sneakers and hit the pavement. Walking Meditations offer you an opportunity to practice Mindfulness while you’re noticing your surroundings with all of your senses, all while putting one foot in front of the other. All you need are comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to plug into the present moment.
