Entry-level movement; fully seated or with chair support. For those new to exercise or with mobility limitations.
Strong From the Ground Up
Progressive full-body program focused on floor transitions and foundational stability. Three phases.
Ignite
Fundamental movement patterns for complete beginners or those returning after a long break.
Capacity
Circuit-style strength and conditioning for more experienced trainers. It’s more of a choose-your-own-adventure format.
Accelerate
A hybrid mix of strength + conditioning; it combines Peaker Strong elements with cardio conditioning.
Peaker Strong
Periodized strength program; 12-week cycles, three main lifts; designed for experienced lifters.
Strength Compound
Builds from separate upper/lower sessions to combined movements; gradually longer and more challenging.
Peaker Program
Comprehensive 4 x 8-week program for all levels; strength, conditioning, and recovery; video-guided with benchmarks.
Snacks
Short 20-minute blended strength and mobility sessions; upper body, lower body, and full body options.
Band Camp
A full-body resistance-band strength program; time-under-tension approach; no dumbbells required.
Mobility
5–30-minute range-of-motion and joint health sessions; they pair with any workout or can be used standalone.
Pilates Series
Mat-based Pilates, including Intro to Mat, Pilates Ball, Pilates Circle, and Targeted Pilates.
Boxing Basics
Full-body boxing fundamentals: builds coordination, agility, and power. No experience required.
