Band Camp

Band Camp is a full-body strength program that uses resistance bands to help you train smarter, not harder. By creating time under tension — the total amount of time your muscles are activated during each movement — you’ll build strength, control and endurance without ever picking up a dumbbell.

Each session combines upper-, lower-, and full-body exercises using a mix of resistance bands in different levels of tension. The result is an efficient, low-impact workout that challenges your muscles in new ways while being gentle on your joints.

Resistance bands aren’t just for rehabilitation — they’re powerful tools for total-body strength. They help target both major muscle groups and smaller stabilizing muscles that are often missed with traditional weight training.
