Blueberries pack a nutritional punch. These sweet and delightful berries contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and they’re naturally low in calories and fat, and deliver a healthy dose of vitamin C, vitamin K, and fiber. This translates to protection against chronic diseases, improved heart health, and even brain function and memory support.
Plus, with their sweet, slightly tart flavor, blueberries add vibrant flavor to yogurt, smoothies, salads, or just enjoyed by the handful – making them a tasty and easy addition to any healthy diet.
We love them in this high-protein smoothie that’s ideal for breakfast, a snack, or even post-workout.
