Fresh baby spinach leaves in bowl on wooden background

Asian Spinach Salad

Spinach is loaded with vitamins and minerals like Vitamin K, Vitamin A, and folate, which support bone health, eyesight, and a healthy immune system. Plus, this leafy green vegetable is rich in antioxidants, which help protect your cells from damage.

Enjoy it fresh in salads, blended into smoothies, or cooked into your favorite dishes for a delicious and healthy boost. We love it as the base for this Asian Spinach Salad, which is also loaded with crunchy cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. It comes together in minutes, and the sesame and soy dressing brings this salad to life. If you want to increase the protein, top it with chicken, shrimp, or even beef.
