This group is primarily designed for veterans… active duty, retirees, reserves, anyone who has served their countries, and veterans with physical or non-visible injuries. We also encourage spouses, family members and all supporters of veterans to join.
This is a safe zone where you can participate as much as you are physically, mentally, or emotionally able. This is a no judgement zone! Modified exercising is accepted. Participate in yoga or mindfulness sessions on your off days. Just do as much can…when you are ready to take it on!
Most importantly…GET OFF THE COUCH!
