This almond dipping sauce is one of our go-to staples — creamy, savory, and just the right balance of tangy and sweet.
Made with almond butter, fresh ginger, garlic, and lime, it blends into a smooth, versatile sauce that elevates everything from spring rolls to grain bowls and roasted vegetables. We use it often because it’s simple to make, full of bold flavor, and instantly upgrades even the most basic meal. Keep a batch on hand — you’ll find yourself reaching for it again and again.
