What to Expect
Based on MPC’s popular Accelerate program, this comprehensive program is designed to help Peakers stay active and maintain fitness momentum through the holiday season. It features a balanced mix of strength training, cardio, yoga, and active recovery.
The Program
- Three weekly total-body workouts that include a warm-up, a strength section, a workout, and an optional finisher.
- Two lighter-intensity active recovery days plus one yoga day.
The Meal Plan
We have a new meal plan for the 28-day challenge. It includes:
- We’ve included two meal plans to cater to different dietary needs – one for omnivores and one for vegetarians. Wherever possible, we’ve designed recipes that allow for easy swaps between animal-based and plant-based proteins, giving you the flexibility to personalize your meals.

About the course
Intro to Boxing is a progressive boxing program that starts with learning the basics and layering in complex boxing combinations and drills. These workouts will leave you feeling drenched, strong, and accomplished. Throughout eight workouts, we will add complexity, challenge, and duration.
This series teaches boxing moves and combinations as intervals, meaning you can work at your own pace within the designated time. Try to perform each workout at least twice before progressing to the next. If you are new to boxing, check out the movement library for more details on form and boxing technique.

What is the Accelerate Into Fall Challenge?
My Peak Challenge aims to empower its members to prioritize their health and well-being through a comprehensive 28-day challenge. This challenge will provide the tools and support needed to maintain fitness momentum, make mindful nutrition choices, and cultivate a positive mindset, even amidst the hustle and bustle of the upcoming holiday season.
How can I participate in this program?

How long does the program last?
The Accelerate Into Fall Challenge lasts for four weeks. There are three weekly strength and conditioning workouts, two active recovery days, a yoga day, and one rest day. Although you can customize it to meet your schedule, we do suggest that you schedule an active recovery day after each strength training day. You can add another yoga day, or even Pilates Mat for those active recovery days.
What equipment do I need for the program?
You will need light, medium and heavy dumbbells, and/or light and medium kettlebells, and a yoga mat for this program. However, if you don’t have some (or any) of this equipment, you can easily do each workout with your bodyweight, or grab some household items.
When does this challenge start?
The Accelerate Into Fall Challenge officially kicks off on DATE TK. However, if you can’t start that day, you can easily sign up at any time and go on your own schedule.
Is there a meal plan for this challenge?
Yes! We have two, 2-week meal plans — one without dietary restrictions, and one for plant-based eaters. Many recipes are designed to make multiple servings, and we use those as leftovers throught the week so you aren’t spending all of your time in the kitchen. You will find instructions to prepare multiple servings of some elements so that you can plan your meals in advance and have more meals to use throughout the week. We also have notes about freezing portions of recipes, so where possible, you can plan accordingly.

PEARL FU
Pearl Fu is a California native who has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years. Her passion is creating fun yet challenging workouts for individuals to stay consistent and connected in an ever-changing, busy world. As a fitness coach in her 50’s, Pearl is an advocate for fitness at every age.
