Our new series is designed to transform your workouts by integrating resistance bands with the Time Under Tension (TUT) technique. This combo boosts muscle activation while giving you a versatile, effective way to build strength.
ABOUT THE COURSE
Building Strength & Muscle isn’t just about lifting the heaviest weights in the gym. The key is putting your muscles under tension—and that doesn’t mean you need giant dumbbells or a loaded barbell. Resistance bands can be just as effective, challenging your muscles in new and powerful ways—if you know how to use them.
Versatility and Convenience: Resistance bands are lightweight, portable, and adaptable, making them ideal for workouts at home, in the gym, or on the go. They provide continuous tension throughout exercises, effectively engaging muscles and reducing joint stress.
Comprehensive Workouts: Band Camp offers a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups, ensuring a well-rounded fitness routine that can be tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.

Pearl Fu is a California native who has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years. Her passion is creating fun yet challenging workouts that help individuals stay consistent and connected in an ever-changing, busy world. As a fitness coach in her 50s, Pearl advocates for fitness at every age.
